Condition of the Month: High Blood Pressure
Can chiropractic help High Blood Pressure? Have you heard about the study that was completed at the University of Chicago Medical Center in 2007 that PROVED adjusting C1/Atlas can and WILL help lower your blood pressure? You say you never heard about that study? Why do you think they kept it quiet? If a chiropractor is able to lower your blood pressure through adjusting the Atlas, do you think as many people would need as much blood pressure medication? Definitely not! Drug companies may stand to lose billions of dollars of profit all because your body was doing what God created it to do and that is to be healthy. These experts are perplexed as to how specifically adjusting the Atlas can lower your blood pressure. It’s basic anatomy and physiology. The brainstem is protected by the Atlas. The brainstem/reticular activating system regulates your pulse rate, blood pressure and breathing. If your heart rate increases due to your Atlas putting pressure on it, your blood pressure goes up. It’s can really be that simple! Chiropractors remove pressure from the brainstem with Atlas adjustments. We relieve the pressure that increases your blood pressure by improving nerve function. Our mission is for you to be the healthiest person you can possibly be.
How to save your life and your loved ones’ when hospitalized Since the adverse experiences of so many people during COVID 19, many have wondered what to do to prevent this from happening again if they or their loved one is hospitalized. Please understand at this time, hospitals and clinics are understaffed. Many professionals left or were forced to leave over vaccine mandates. There are more inexperienced and undertrained staff. You will have to be your own advocate when getting care. Here are some suggestions for your own protection, including your own medical consent document available on OurPatientRights.com:
Prepare and complete your Caregivers and Consent document before ever needing to go to the hospital.
Complete it, sign and notarize the document to the CEO of the hospital through a professional courier or certified mail with a return receipt.
Make at least 10 copies of the signed and notarized document. Keep one with you always, and give copies to the attending physician and nurses in the hospital.
Designate a family member or friend as your advocate on your behalf.
There is a national hotline: HospitalHostageHotline 1-888-219-3637. Remember you have the right to leave the hospital. You have a right to strike parts of the general consent form (what you sign when you enter the hospital) and initial those deletions. Also remember Advance Medical Directives don’t kick in unless you are incapacitated. This document is used immediately regardless of your condition. No one else may remove or alter this document other than you.
Diets!!?? Nutrition is a very dynamic field and here is the latest data on fats vs. carbs and their ratios in our diets; what is best for us and what is not. For those of us who have done Keto, it is important to remember it is not meant to be hard core and long term. In brief, Dr. Mercola recommends the following:
If your fat intake is greater than 30%, your glucose may be converted to lactic acid (not good). Diabetics and the obese may have to lower their intake to 15%.
When your blood sugar is low, your body produces cortisol which will break down lean muscle, bones and your brain to make glucose (not good) and increase inflammation.
The best complex carbohydrates are tropical fruits grown naturally such as melons, mango, tangerines, oranges, grapes, and watermelon. Cooked starches such as organic rice, or potatoes (boil to reduce oxalates) are acceptable.
I make it a practice to not publish articles that are supplied for paid subscribers since this is how the author makes a living. This is a small, incomplete synopsis.
